We are looking for a dispatcher with outstanding customer service skills to help interact with customers via telephone, email, or in-person to provide support and information on products or services.
|Annual pay||$55,000 - $60,000 per year (hourly + overtime + bonuses)|

- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Dispatches daily trucks/maintains schedule for customer deliveries.
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Fields customer questions.
- Helps with monthly internal collections and call list.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ issues.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Record Keeping / Storm Water
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- 2-3 years experience in dispatch/customer service position
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Job Type: Full-time (40 + Overtime)
- Pay: $55,000 - $60,000 per year (hourly, overtime, bonuses)
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must pass physical and drug screen.
